I have a passion for fitness and helping people achieve successes they never dreamed possible. I specialize in weight loss and strength & conditioning, and have worked with clients with all different backgrounds in my 11 years experience as a trainer.

I have trained high-level athletes to individuals who are brand new to fitness and just looking to drop a few lbs. We take away all the guess work for you and always include video demonstrations for EVERY exercise, at multiple angles.

*I have been working with Ryan since last summer. This is my honest no-bias review, and I’m not getting anything out of it. I just try to give credit where credit is due, and when a local business exceeds all expectations, I want people to know about it!* I have three sessions a week with Ryan, and I do his home workout routine twice a week. I have seen my body change dramatically since I started working with him (I have ‘before’ pictures to prove it!) Seeing the results in the mirror every day, and experiencing the difference in how people interact with me and give me compliments is super motivating! Ryan is upbeat and energetic, and it’s clear that he is genuinely excited about his job. When our session begins, he is ON, focusing on my form and counting reps for me. I feel like I always have his complete attention during our sessions. During rest periods we’ll chat about how my nutrition is doing and how my body feels. He is very knowledgable and stays up to date on physical health science, and he explains why we are doing certain exercises and stretches when I have any questions. He has taught me a ton of stretches that have helped with my mobility and posture. I have stopped slouching, which makes me feel more confident, and I don’t feel very sore the day after a workout. He has helped me immensely when it comes to nutrition. We designed a plan that meets my targeted goals and works for my routine and budget. It even includes pictures and recipes! He doesn’t base my plan on any fad-diet. It’s personalized for my body, is adjusted as needed, and is flexible enough that I don’t feel guilty for having a treat now and then. I put off hiring a professional to help me with my goals because I thought it was going to be too much of a luxury that I wouldn’t be able to afford it. I was amazed to discover how reasonable the price is per session, and I’m still amazed by how much work Ryan does OUTSIDE of our sessions for me, so that as soon as our hour together begins, we go to work! I feel like I get my moneys worth out of every minute. I love that I’m able to ask him questions throughout the week if I ever need to. That connection makes me feel like I’m never alone on this journey. Whenever I have had a moment of struggle regarding my diet, he has offered motivation to keep me on the path! His studio space is awesome! It feels very clean and comfortable, and he has all the tools needed for a great workout. When I can’t make it in because of weather or work, we do sessions over Zoom. I wasn’t sure how effective a virtual session would be, but I quickly realized that he can still kick my butt without needing any home equipment. There’s also the VFIT app that contains the custom-made workout routines and nutrition tips that he puts together. “Homework,” as I call it. The workouts include videos, which is very helpful. TL;DR Ryan is incredibly focused and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend his training service if you are serious about achieving your personal fitness goals.

Ryan takes the time to understand your goals, and tailors his approach specifically to be the most effective for you. He is very accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable and clearly knows what he is doing when developing your training and diet programs, on top of being an all around great guy. My experience with Ryan has been overwhelmingly positive, and I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to reach their fitness goals!
